Description: USER ENTERED : A mid early Nantes type that grows well here in the winter. Nice shape and excellent flavor. Vigorous plant. One of the best orange types that I have grown, More uniform and productive than Envy.

Good germination. Nice color. Good flavor. \r\nLeft some in ground for late fall harvest.\r\nSeemed to perform better than other 2 trialed.

This was the best variety of the three carrot types grown this year. It was crunchy with a good carrot flavor. Overall, it was a good variety with good productivity.

These carrots required row cover to prevent pest damage. They were slow growing and yielded smaller sized carrots. Flavor was slightly bitter.

Carrots were very small and did not develop to full maturity. It seems carrots were all planted together so hard to determine variety.

Germination not very good compared to the other two varieties in the trial this year. Good growth. Tasted like a carrot.

Planted seed outdoors 4/8/2021 and harvested in mid-June. Very uniform, straight 6 inch roots, bright orange with good taste both raw and cooked.

To date this is overall the best carrot that I have triad. A Nantes type with better flavor than Ingot or Envy. Vigorous plant that does well as a winter crop.
