Description: A flavorful, citrusy variety that is perhaps the most tender and aromatic basil we’ve tried! This fast- growing, heat-tolerant basil provides lemony, orange-flavored foliage all summer long. The leaves are smooth in texture, and even the stem is tender enough for eating raw in salad. A popular Chinese variety perfect for Asian dishes and fusion cooking! Wow. This has been by-far the favorite thing we\'ve grown this year. This basil was transplanted into a black fabric container bed and grew exponentially through the season. Basil continues to grow after multiple harvests. Flavor is incredible, it tastes as if you\'ve just bit into a lemon. We have easily been able to harvest and dry the leaves and the flavor is still quite noticeable even after drying. Excellent flavor, easy to grow and plenty to harvest.
