Great lettuce I have grown for several seasons. Good flavor and holds up to the heat better than most. Customers liked it at market. |

An amazing summer lettuce. Lasted the entire summer in 07 and left friends and neighbors asking how I was still getting lettuce that late in the summer. Texture might be a bit "hardy" for some that like a really delicate leaf, or too looseleafy for someone looking for a summer romaine, but I really liked both.
Unfortunately, I tried other varieties in 08, so I can't attest for how it stands up in an excessively wet year, but in other years it has been great and I am definitely going back to it in future years. |

We grow this every year to add to our spring mix of greens. Good texture and taste; slow to bolt. |
