This a very attractive and uniform squash of medium size for an acorn. The eating quality is superb. The flesh is drier than most acorn squash and is fine textured and smooth . This is my #1 choice followed by Table Queen and Table Ace.

Very dependable in most years. Likes to grow on the fence. Nice flavor (table queen still beats) stores very well. TOUGH skin. Take CARE when cutting.
