| I've grown this variety two years in a row. The first year they were my chickens favorite and I couldn't keep them away till I built a big fence. The taste was excellent. The yield was good but lost a lot to frost. Not an early tomato. |

| Probably my best flavored and best looking beefsteak heirloom but did loose quite a few before they were fully ripe. It is better to pick a few days before they ripen if you plan on selling at market. Most ended up being used at home, which my wife was happy about, instead of market since they would start to rot on the ends if left on the vine too long. We had a very dry summer this year with rare times of heavy rain. |

| Huge yellow/red bicolor tomato with a mild fruity/sweet flavor. The fruits had very little cracking and were just OK as far as yields go. Very attractive, mild flavored bicolor. |

Absolutely beautiful , delicious slicer. Not so dependable in our frosty mountain valley...but we always set 1 or 2 plants out in hope!
2004 was not a good a Big Rainbow summer for us.
2005 was a bumper tomato year for us. The Big Rainbows are always the most beautiful and they were delicious and prolific this year |
