| Very dependable, tall vine, good yield, some fruits can get quite large, but overall too juicy and not enough meat for a sausage-type tomato, although it is good tasting. |

| First year of adding this tomato into our mix. My first batch of sauce this year was a combination of Polish Linguisa, Opalka, and Long Tom's. This combination produced one of the thickest, sweetest sauces I have ever made without adding anything This sauce was so good that we had to mark the freezer containers to keep it separate from later batches that contained other varieties. Definitely a keeper! Eaten fresh in salads or alone is also a plus. Increasing our number of plants for 2011. |

| This was a solid paste tomato for me. Amish Paste outproduced it in my northern garden, and has better flavor, but I will continue to grow Polish Linguisa as well. |

| Though I wouldn't be eating these for fresh tomatoes, I thought the flavor of the flesh tasted like sauce should taste. It is a thich fleshed tomato that cooks down well. It does not set fruit well in high temps. This year was very hot for a long time.That is why there is only 3 stars for yield, but I liked it enough that I am growing it again. |
